Carriage terms
A summary of the main terms.
01 Scope
These terms apply to chartered and transfer services provided by the company.
02 When a booking is formed
A booking is formed when we issue a quotation and you confirm it. Confirmation by message counts as confirmation.
03 Fares
Calculated under the notified tariff and fixed by the quotation. Airport transfers include expressway tolls, parking, consumption tax and the deadhead charge. Charters charge expressway tolls and parking separately. The driver is included, and every fare is shown with tax.
04 Changes and cancellation
Cancellation charges follow the table below. Typhoons and earthquakes are handled as a date change.
05 Operation
Services run under the Road Traffic Act and within the operating area. Routes may be changed or stopped for weather, traffic control or road closures.
06 Liability
Damage caused by our negligence in the course of carriage is compensated under these terms and our insurance. Keep valuables with you.
07 Prohibited
Smoking (including vapour), alcohol, hazardous goods, and carrying more passengers than the vehicle is registered for.
08 Governing law
Japanese law. The court with jurisdiction over our registered address hears first-instance disputes.
