All rates include tax. Hire fares in this zone are bound to a published range, so we do not quote per kilometre and we do not negotiate by phone.
Charter
Billed in two-hour units. The table shows our published floors for 6, 8 and 10 hours; under six hours is quoted by the hour.

Airport transfers

Cancellation
Cancel up to three days before the booking date and there is no charge. After that:

Why the rate is not negotiable
Hire fares in this zone must be filed within a range published by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. Pricing below that range is not a discount — it is a breach.
The rate pays for three things: insurance, vehicle upkeep, and driver pay. Cut those and the quote gets cheaper, but nobody is left standing when something goes wrong.
